Well, yes, but you did not mention the children! Namely, saving the little darlings from all those things. We live under the tyranny of ten-year-olds.
If my 10 year old daughter decided to smoke, I would much rather her choose to vape than to smoke cigarettes. I smoked my first cigarette at 8 years old. If she was going to smoke and there was nothing I could do about it, I would supply her with an ecig. I would much rather her do that than sneaking out and smoking tobacco without my knowledge.

Sure, I could forbid her to smoke but so did my mother and finally at 14 years old my mother decided that if I was going to smoke so was she. Close to 28 years later my mother dies of heart failure which was probably related to smoking along with COPD. I don't want that happening with my daughter.
