I am in school and my assignment is to post on the internet regarding the topic we chose. I am a complete supporter of e-cigarettes and vaping as I have been clean of cigarettes for almost a year thanks to vaping. I have never felt better so here it goes:

There are many misconceptions on what an e-cigarette is and the effects they have on the body. E-cigarettes are healthier, cheaper, and fits the needs of individuals compared to tobacco cigarettes. It has been proven to contain a significantly less amount of chemicals and carcinogens than cigarettes. There have been multiple scares from researchers claiming that e-cigarettes contained more formaldehyde than tobacco cigarettes but was quickly proven to be false. These results were credited to faulty devices and vaping at very high voltages. E-cigarettes are sold at many specialty stores for decent prices. By decent I mean, the prices are reasonable and there are different colors, options, sizes, shapes, etc on the current market with new designs coming out daily. This leaves a person with a huge savings annually. E-juices cost minimal and vapers can find juices of all flavors from many different vendors all over the US. No matter what reason you have for turning to the e-cigarette, you can find one that will fit your exact needs while saving your health, money, and time.

Sounds like you have a pretty good handle on it. Is vaping harmless, no. But compared to the harm by smoking cigarettes... it's orders of magnitude in difference.

I need it... a lot of people are against me vaping and smoking... no win for me. But vaping helped me quit so I am happy and love vaping!

Hi, Kpark - I can tell that you are an excellent student, and congratulations on your well-written paper.

I cannot add anything to the good tips already posted by ecig members, but I do have one concern.

What grade are you in? Middle school, high school, college? The reason I ask is because there is a lot of online negative criticism by anti-ecig advocates claiming that kids, who were non-smokers, are now using ecigs. Some of this is likely due to the glamour factor by celebrities that are openly using ecigs, but I would suggest that you also add that info to your paper. If you were my kid, I would suggest adding a caveat statement such as:

"This is not an endorsement for anyone to start using e-cigarettes unless they are trying to break free from a regular smoking addiction."

Again, great job on the paper, but most importantly -- Congratulations for getting off the cigarettes for the past year!

Hi all. I have a kangertech evod battery that only works with some tanks and only charges on certain chargers. All my other batteries work on all tanks and all chargers. Any ideas on the problem? I have been vaping since November 16, 2013, but still kind of a newbie on technical stuff. Thanks for the help!

It's most likely that the 510 center pin has been pushed down on your battery.
