Anyone know anything about these boxes they're selling? They look like they have a button installed on it but the picture doesn't depict anything else (strange). I was wondering if these were complete mods with atomizer connector, button, circuitry? Could they be modded a little more to accommodate a bottle for a drip mod, etc?

I believe that they are complete mods but if you do a search on the forum you will notice many people have had bad experiences when dealing with this particular website so I wouldnt recommend them. However I would recommend the box mods located over at ken's box mods. His website is Box Mods, I personally have one of his 3.7 box mods and you cannot modify it to include a juice bottle because of its small size but if you simply looking for a completed 3.7 box mod that will give you a great vaping experience at a low price I would check his mods out.
they all have switches/ atty connections on them. maybe room for bottle on a 3aaa box or even a 2aa box. pm them and ask or send email..
I say take the dive and make one yourself. For $20 you could build 3 of your own.
Cept I don't know much about circuitry. I can solder, no problem. But I'm looking for a 5v juicebox mod. They only one I've found with everything I want is the nicodrip and I can't find the regulator the guy uses anywhere. I'm not knowledgeable enough to find a work around to that issue. Besides, I've already priced out the parts on madvapes.....$20's to build my own, $35 to buy one, not much difference and I don't have to worry about buying extra parts for when I mess something up.
I can always duct tape a bottle to the box
But, if you have any suggestions for a mod that spells out how to do it please let me know. I'm eager to look into it.

True dat. Especially if you have some dead batteries to steal connecters from. Took me a half hour and cost me a little over 6 bucks to make my first one and I had never touched a soldering iron before that. That's great idea except I want a 5v box. The simple ones, within my abilities, require the 378r05 5v 4 pin ldo regulator. Noone can find these anywhere, atm. Sure there are other regulators out there. I've found 3 pin regulators at the same rating but how do I wire those? I have no idea. And before I order any parts I want to have a clear understanding of what I'm going to need to do.
Most 3 pin regulators are very simple to wire. You have a voltage in (usually the first pin), ground (normally the middle), and voltage out (normally 3rd).
You only need a 4 pin regulator if you wish to use a smaller, lower amperage rated switch.

I have one from them...works very well. Wiring is simple. Even with the voltage regulator. Good diagram and walkthrough here:
