E-cigs and crossing the border south to us

This is a Random question, but seeing as there is a lot of issue of shipments coming in from the USA into canada and e-cigarettes (i think there is a way around that, which is the US company needs to claim something to do with NAFTA on it -- i think, wife did it for me all the time).

So here is my question: Time is approaching fast where at long last i will be able to finally go home to the wife (SCORE!!), but being a born and raised Canada and going to cross the border into the USA, has anyone had a issue crossing with a e-cig? I already figure the ego's and star dust, and a few juices are a no no which i will be listing as soon as i can achieve super member status (double score!)

The less "friction" at the border the better

Crossed in the car many a time in the past year. Never had any issues. I am also not chain vaping while talking to anyone so I'm sure that helps

I live right on the border but haven't crossed yet since I started vaping. However, I don't expect any problems. When crossing to the states they're not usually interested in personal items that you're not leaving over there. Coming back they ask if you purchased any alcohol or tobacco, so you can honestly say no.

I live right on the border and cross all the time. To be honest I hide all my stuff under the seat and only take eGos when I go so that if they get confiscated I'm only out a couple of crappy ecigs. I don't think I'd ever take a Mod with me.

If the search your car putting them under the seat will do nothing. When I was 21 they pulled us over and stripped my car into pieces.
That was not fun putting it back together

there's nothing illegal about owning them, using them, buying them or transporting them. There is no reason why Customs on either side of the border will care one way or another

There is no need to hide equipment. The e-cigs themselves are not banned in Canada. Only juice containing nicotine is banned. Period. They have no right to take your equipment.

As far as I know only the nicotine in the juice is banned. The e-cigs themselves are not.

So as long as you don't have juice labelled as nicotine you should be fine.
