I'm wondering if there are any restrictions on the e-cigs for air travel here in the USA? Are you able to clear security/board with them in carry on? Or do they need to go into checked baggage? I know they TSA gets cranky over the weirdest stuff, just wondering if these were popular enough to have hit their radar yet?

i have traveled many times with ego type batteries(never took any mods)... what i simply do is keep everything divided up into 3 ziplock bags. 1 for all my batteries, 1 for all the juices, and 1 for all the cartos, and atties. you still want to follow all the guidelines as far as amount of liquids you can carry, and what not.... also i wouldnt recommend taking any syringes if you use them.

lastly if they pull you while on the line, just stay calm explain what it is. let them do there swab test to make sure its not a explosive material, and you will be on your way.

I did with the Blu, but no liquid, those were prefilled carts. Even smoked it in the airport, and yes, on the plane. Stewardess saw it and didn't say I couldn't. I just kept it in its little box, didn't divide anything up. Now I have upgraded out of the Blu but I would still bring it and not worry, especially after knowing I took the Blu with no problems. This was a domestic flight, not sure about international laws.

If you were bringing liquid, just follow the standard guidelines and put them in the baggie. By now I would think they have seen all sorts of ecigs including mods and would know what they are.

I went through a few weeks ago. I had my pv in my shoe. They asked to see it and what it was. Told them and they said something like that's what I thought it was. End of story.
