You are aware that no one actually sold flavored cigarettes--right? Well, there were clove cigarettes, but they are now sold as cigars... That whole thing was a publicity stunt.

You can buy flavored nicotine gum with the FDA's blessing. Why is flavored nicotine liquid any different than that?

Candy flavored lozenges too!! I hear cherry is a...er...good?

The Federal and State governements are going to try and figure a way of taxing both the hardware and liquid used for E-Cigs. The state tax in my state is $3.00 a pack for regular cigarrettes. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that e cigs are way safer than a regular tobacco cigarette (anologs). But the FDA is causing a problem with them and shipments are being seized and held up at customs. So the FDA is saying, keep killing yourself with the anolgs and keep the revenue coming in while we keep you from a safer aternative. YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID!!!

I think one of the reasons the feds can't tax the hardware like analogs is that PVs can vape 0 nic fluids, which is obviously not a drug at all. Sort of like inhaling breath spray all day, imo. Now the juice is a different story as it actually contains nic and they could feasibly tax the hell out of our juice supply. As far as the bans go, seems like New Hampshire is jumping on the "ban wagon" as well. The state govt seems to think a PV is a gateway device which will cause teens to move to analog cigs. Glad I moved out of that state years ago!
