How does the NY ban on E-Cigs effect us?

well, I'm doing it anyway. I can make my own stuff if I need to, hardware and juice. As long as I can get ahold of some 100mg nicotine I'll be ok.
I can only image the chaos that would come about if a national ban took place.

What gets to me is that there is noone there to offer a counter argument. We need a representative on our side. There was that one man in the video posted that described himself as a smoker and as having tried ecigs. His concern seemed to be with sales to minors, and my guess is that he tried one of the crappy PVs from the mall kiosks. Perhaps a phone campaign directed to him?

Canada doesn't have a ban on e cigs, just a temp ban on selling NIC vaper. You can buy no NIC e cigs at any smoke shop. They are kr808 compatible, at least all the ones I have seen (4 different smoke shops in Calgary).
And you can buy/sell NIC vaper from online Canadian sources just not in a store front.

From what I've seen Canada at least looks out for it's Citizens.
In the States I feel its the other way around.
Meaning that people are put first in your Country before money and profit!

The air lines didn't ban the use of e-ciggeretts they lost thanks to CASAA!!!!!

Vape in the subway stations, vape in my office when my boss is not around, vape going to the break room to get a coffee when he's around, vape everywhere and all the time.

I think it's going to be this way for many years to come. E-cigs will never be officially legalized especially in advanced countries. Reason will always be kids being protected or so. People in the government are aware of its existence, but they prefer to play deaf and blind to it because they are also aware of its being a much lesser evil than cigarettes. And that's better than completely banning it. I wouldn't worry about it. It just seems so silly being arrested for trying to quit cigarettes.
