The BBB is useless. Companies pay to be listed there and that is the BBB's main concern. You can file a claim against them, but all the company has to do to keep their A rating is respond through the BBB. They don't have to actually fix anything. As long as they reply, they keep their rating.

I didn't know that about BBB. Guess that's not really going to work.

The kicker is...this is the 3rd time I've had to deal with this type of situation from the same place.

Wow, i'm sorry.

No reason to be sorry. Technology is wonderful. Except when it doesn't work.

It was an issue with the credit card throwing a fraud alert on it and the vendor putting it through 600 times. I should have called the credit card and pre approved it. I live and learn.

You: "they took my money for a product I depend on over a month ago and I still have nothing. I want my money returned. I'll go elsewhere from now on."

Works with debit and check cards too... unless your bank is a crime syndicate with a nice sign on the door... like... Wachovia.
