Has anyone ordered from them lately? I placed an order two weeks ago, and it still hasn't been fulfilled. I haven't been able to contact anyone there by email or phone, but before leaving a negative review, I wanted to make sure there's not a problem with the owner (i.e. health issues, etc)....

Whenever you are trying to find the phone/email of a website go to the bottom of their main page and select either "contact us" or "about us". Usually you will find both the phone number and email.

They are a forum supplier but @cereal-guy hasn't been seen on this site since 1/13/15 based on his profile.

I saw that too....I ordered from him two months ago and no issues...but, since I can't get ahold of him via e-mail (no response) or phone (goes right to VM) I figured I'd check here to see if perhaps someone had heard something about their being a reasonable explanation for the delay

I have never ordered from them but my SOP regarding online stores is to email/leave messages everyday (4 or 5 days). If I don't hear back from them, I contact my CC Company and have the charges reversed.

Then I would file a negative review.

Well, since I used a debit card, it appears my bank won't allow me to dispute it. Their website is now down. I'm hopeful that I can find some valid contact information for this guy.
