I smoked hookah for awhile, I even have a KM hookah still. From my experience at the B&M that is an ecig and hookah shop, this is what an ehookah is:

E-hookah is just an e-cig made by Starbuzz, Fantasia, White Rhino, or your other hookah suppliers. They are usually in the form of ego twists or cig-a-likes. They make all your favorite shisha flavors as e-juice that you load into the e-cig and enjoy your favorite shisha flavor without the tobacco. I personally haven't tried these juices yet, so idk if they actually tastes like the real thing. I've seen most of my favorite shisha flavors as e-juice though. I know there was an e-hookah that actually looked just like a regular hookah a few years ago, but it never really took off.

EDIT: There are also e-hookahs that take the shape of the handle and mouthpiece too. They are huge though. It is just a very large e-cig, no different.

Weedity is right. Using the E-hookah e-cigs, you won't get that much vapor or flavor. The e-cigs they sell are just regular cig-a-likes, which in my opinion, don't make much vapor, and little ego batteries (and most don't have variable voltage). The ego batteries aren't too shabby, but you can buy a nice ego c-twist or vision spinner anywhere, get a nice tank, and get much more vapor than with the kits Starbuzz, White Rhino, and Fantasia are selling.

Come to think of it, I did try the White Rhino flavors when they were set up as samples in the B&M one day (White Rhino also makes shisha) and I hated all of them. Just tasted really cheap. Nothing like their shisha. Maybe Starbuzz and Fantasia do a better job. I also had a Starbuzz disposable cig-a-like (the blueberry one) and it kinda tasted like the shisha. Wasn't too terrible.

In my experience, e-cig flavors are similar to hookah either way, no matter what brand you buy. Essentially you are vaping flavored vapor and hookah is just inhaling flavored smoke. E-cigs just don't have that slight smoke/charcoal taste. If you get a nice e-cig setup, you can blow just as big of clouds as with hookah. If you really want huge clouds, get a 100% VG liquid, a variable voltage/wattage or mech mod, and maybe even get into RBAs. You'll cloud up a whole room in minutes. :vapor: But even with just a variable voltage ego battery, a decent tank, and high VG liquid, you can still get clouds comparable to that of a hookah.

Since you seem rather experienced, can you recommend a good starter "kit" ? so to speak, I mean what tank, liquid and clearimoser should I get (please keep in mind I want it to be rather portable, something that will fit in my pocket)

Also, and this goes to Weedity to, I have read reviews saying Fantasia was the bomb, thick clouds, nice flavors, doesnt leak etc etc, can anyone confirm if this is true ? I might buy one of those if I can't figure out another way. Thanks again.

I honestly don't know much about Fantasia or their eliquids, but I do know a couple eliquid brands I enjoy. I just recieved Hawk Sauce from Mt. Baker Vapor and instantly decided to pick up more, I am in love with it. Mt. Bakor Vapor is a good company that I would recommend! I also enjoy Halo's eliquids as well. I love menthol so their Sub-zero eliquid really hits my sweet spot. Take a look at ecig forums General E-Liquid section. Threads like this one might be of interest to you: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/general-e-liquid-discussion/474456-best-gourmet-ejuice-vendors.html

If your looking for hookah like flavors then I'd say gourmet flavors are your thing. Also forgot to mention organic eliquid shops like Virgin Vapors has great flavors! I also enjoy Vaperite! Check out their online shops and browse some flavors these places have. As for Fantasia though I don't know much about them, they might be good though!

Woah, I shall definetely consider those brands, I assume they are nicotine-free right ? I only enjoy the taste and the smoke of a hookah, not the nicotine buzz, not particularly interested in that.

Most e-liquid companies let you customize your nicotine content. You can get 0 nicotine pretty much anywhere, just say so on your order. MtBakerVapor is a great place to start for e-liquid. It is cheap, ships internationally too. I've had a number of flavors from them and they really aren't bad at all. You can get 0 nicotine as well with them (just click 0 mg/ml). If you want clouds, get Max VG and maybe 2 extra flavor shots to bring out that flavor. You can find reviews of their juices all over ECF.

As for starter kits, if you like Mt Baker Vapor, they have Innokin starter kits which are great. However, you can get less fancy/less expensive starter kits on other sites with variable voltage. Depends on your budget. If I was you I would post in E-Smoking Discussion or the New Members forums to see what starter kits are the best right now.

thanks for the tip erazzz, and I just signed up to mt baker, I haven't seen a bigger collection of flavors anywhere on the web, the transport fee is a bit high though so I guess I should buy several flavors to get my money's worth, now all I need is the actual device, also is there some kind of tutorial on how to fill/maintain your e-hookah ? does it need cleaning before changing flavors ? why do some flavors say that they damage plastic tanks ? and what's the difference between the vg-h2o mix from the pg-vg mix ? and last question should I buy the max vg for more vapour ? but will it taste as good ? thanks to both of you.

Some info on Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerin here: Propylene Glycol vs. Vegetable Glycerin E-Liquid | E-Cigarette Reviews and Rankings

If you getting an e-hookah I don't know much about them, but seem to be of lower quality. I'd recommend getting an ecig starter kit. It depends on what kind of ecig you have. I never went for plastic tanks I always got the slightly more expensive quality tanks.

Here is the battery I use when not using my mechanical mod. This one comes with a starter kit, tank and everything. Seems pretty good and not that expensive: $29.66 Kamry X6 5-in-1 Rechargeable 1300mAh Variable Voltage Electronic Cigarettes Set - EU charger / USB cable at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I clean my tank out after I am done with a flavor so the flavors don't mix. I try off the atomizer wicks with a paper towel and reuse the atomizer and just fill up the tank again. I suppose you know what atomizers are? You'll need to buy a cheap pack of atomizers that fit your tank because they eventually go bad and taste nasty.

What's your opinion on this one: E-Cigarettes :: EVOD Starter Kit - Esmokeguru ? Another user sent this to me on my other thread.
