I know that propylene glycol oxidize and forms lactic acid and can become corrosive but I have no clue how long it takes for that processe to start. I know that nicotine's love for oxygen is greater than romeo's for juliette, so I hypothesize that a higher nic juice would preserve the propylene glycol a little longer... But that's just me saying that, I'm no chemist.

Somebody know anything about this?

Most reputable place will mix the juice when you order it.

Yes, I know, but this vendor is very well known in Canada and on the west coast and has a good reputation, they carry several types juices other than their own , like MLV and Jugheads etc. It was several of these that I had ordered.
