E juice tastes like plastic/perfume.

I have tried everything. Cartos, clean attys, cleaning my old attys. Flavor shack just has this weird taste to me.

Everyone's perception of taste is different. Personally, I can't stand the taste of ketchup, but obviously it's quite popular. What's important is that you find something that you enjoy. That's why I never really have much trust in reviews of different juices. You really need to try them out for yourself.

Have you tried vaping from a cart and an atomizer as opposed to a cartomizer?
