e juice that doesn't taste like a sweet shop..please!

Hi

At the moment I vape, Mrs Lords Navy Cut, which I really like as it has a bit more complexity of flavour without being sweet. I would love to find an alternative to this. However all the e liquids are too sweet for my taste. Ideally I'd love tobacco. However I've found that all the tobacco e juice somewhat miss the mark.

I really don't want to vape something that tastes of apple pie, peanut butter etc I'd rather vape something that tasted of a fine cigar, a good whiskey, a decent coffee, the deeper more complex parts of the taste palate

Suggestions welcome

Hi Xray and welcome to the forum. Taste is so subjective. What I like, you may not. You might want to consider buying sample sized flavors until you find one you like. It's hit or miss until then...good luck...

Hi, X-ray, and welcome! I don't know what brands are available in the UK ... Ahlusion makes some great tobaccos that aren't at all sweet. Five Pawns Castle Long (and Castle Long Reserve) is a very complex juice - not sweet. Teleos Eight Bells is a tobacco that's quite good. As Katmar said, taste is subjective, and YMMV. Mtbakervapor has a caramel coffee, and i have to say it tasted exactly like a cup of coffee with a kick of caramel. They do have a regular coffee flavor (though i haven't gotten a chance to taste it yet, but judging from the other one, I'm sure they got the coffee flavor spot on).

I was going to recommend Nicoticket Radioactive and Charlie Nobel Sollier's Pointe, if you can find them there. Both are dessert tobaccos that aren't sweet.

Hangsen do a few non-sweet tobaccos (don't laugh!). You could get a selection from China (Fasttech) at £1.30/10ml (approx) and see if you get lucky.

Don't forget about diy, its easy, quick and cheaper than any premade juice. I've made a few really good tobacco liquids by doing a vg heat extraction on ryo tobacco and cigars in the past.

One of the first and only non-sweet tobacco juices I've had is the Silver/Gold RY4 from ITCVapes. It genuinely just isn't sweet at all. It's a very pure tobacco flavor and I've even been told the smell is reminiscent of cigarette smoke.

After several months of steeping it turns a dark brown color and it's a really sort of hearty/rich tobacco with a lot of bold sort of "dryness" (if that makes any sense). I recommend it to a lot of people looking for a vape closer to a cigarette-taste.
