im very new to vaping and the e juice i got was from a local b&m up the street and it taste funky!!!! They all kinda taste the same. like cheap hard candy (fake flavor) I still dont know what im vaping on just a geniric mod but the battery lasts a good 3 days of constant use. The guy at the store said i need a better battery but i like the one i have. and the cartomizer[i guess thats what i have]is long tapered cylinder with a white whick that hangs down both sides. I dont see a coil anywhere so i dont know. Any idea how to get a better taste from my juice or do u think its just cheap and i need to get better ones? i would love to know where the best juice to try is. well thanks for listing to my rambeling any help from u wonderfull vapers would be great..

Sounds like a CE5 Stardust. I used to use those, they are pretty good. Anyways, there are a lot of really good juice vendors out there. Which one is best is subjective, its all about what you think you'd like. Just make sure that the juice is USA made, Pink Spot, Mt. Baker Vapor, Freedom Smokes USA all make some tasty, quality vapes. It's all trial and error until you find something you like.

When I first started, I picked out a juice that was similar to what I smoked. That way it didn't seem like a big jump to vapor. I never thought I'd like fruity flavors but I stopped by the local B&M and sampled one and really liked it. If you can find a B&M near you, that's the easiest way to test out new flavors. Good Luck!!

Being a new vapor and recently off cigarettes (?) your taste buds have been damaged from years (?) of smoking. They'll heal, but it may take a few weeks. In the meantime, your perception of taste will be off kilter.

That's not to say that you can't find some good juice flavors while your taste buds heal. You may want to ask for flavor shots to increase the potency of the flavors if the vendor offers that option. Also, when you exhale your vapor, allow some of it to release through your nose, as it will allow you to "taste" your flavors.

Drink plenty of water. The pg and vg in the juices we vape draw water from our tissues, and that water needs to be replaced. This will also help alleviate any dry mouth that vaping might cause, which also affects our ability to taste flavors.

If you think you will like fruit flavors, I have a favorite vendor that makes those. Natural & Organic E-liquids - Home page Dripeez

Through this forum and reddit I started out with Mount Baker Vapor and from then on have ordered some The Vapor Chef ( I recommend Honey Pearry and Hobbes Blood) as well as Fuzion Vapor. I'm still fairly new to vaping so for now it's a matter of trying out vendors that I read as highly recommended and go from there. There might be a few duds along the way but its always better than going back to smoking analogs. Btw, I also put in an order for Alice in Vapeland, they are highly popular too so you'd have to wait about 10-12 days for order to ship. Can't wait to try it when it arrives! :)

I would personally try looking for a different local brick and mortar shop. The reason I say this is that it seems crazy that you bought the stuff from a shop and didn't know you wouldn't like the flavors before you bought them. Most brick and mortar vape shops I know of let you sample juices before you buy. Hell my local shop has a table with everything they offer on it. They'll even set you up with an atomizer, drip tip and battery if you need it. This was really important for me when I started out. It helped me figure out what kind of flavor profile I had as a vaper.

Good luck.

Keep reading the forum. Tons of info, much to learn. Johnson Creek, Mt Baker (Just put in an order), Mountain Oak, Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Halo, just to name a few. I'd start at Mt Baker, but it really depends on your tastes. I really haven't found a B&M juice I like that much.

Highly anticipating my order from Mt. Baker today. Ordered on Thursday (live on the East Coast), and it's arriving today from WA. They must have something to blackmail USPS with.....
