First I'd like to say, great forums and very helpful people from my first thread gave me great answers!

After researching ejuices for a couple hours I decided to order my first "real" ejuices from Mt Baker Vapor (My others were from smoke store which I read are crapola and 1 from a local place by me that makes theirs was good but rather expensive at 11$) I ordered Cotton candy and Salicious Strawberry 50/50 and 2 extra shots, I tried both off the bat in separate tanks and they were good but not as good as expected. The salicious strawberry was very milkshakey and not much strawberry there and the cottoncandy was like licked a cotton candy sticker not much going on. I shook both vigorously for 1 minute took caps off and put in my closet.

First question is, what is the best way to steep I was going to do cap off 24 hours then reshake and cap on for a week with shaking everyday, but i also read put in hot water for 5 minutes 2 times and that is fast steeping. I don't want to have to wait a week for good flavor but if I have to I will

Second, what is the best ejuice? so many out there hard to pick from, I plan on ordering more this week because I forgot to order a tobacco flavor which I want to add to any flavor I get. I did that with my first ejuices and helped me satisfy my craving for a analog. I was looking at Mt baker vapor again since its cheap at 5$ and looking at their 555 tobacco flavor any suggestions on brands and best tobacco flavors and strawberry ones?

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...you-wanted-know-about-steeping-then-some.html

everything you need to know about steeping, and then some.

also if you decide to heat steep the liquid, do not leave it in the bottle well you heat it up.
PET plastic (most common for e-liquid bottles) degrade and break down at or above 140 degrees F.
the PET plastic will leach toxic chemicals into your liquid if you get close to or go over 140 degrees F.

use a clean glass, rinse and dry the glass very well before you pour your juice in. run the out side of the glass under hot water or let it sit in a sink or rubber made / tupperware tub of hot water. for a few hours. stirring once every 30 minutes. when your done let it cool back down to room temp use a syringe or pipette to transfer from the glass and back into the bottle.
if you had an accurate thermometer you could check the temp of the water and keep and eye on it the entire time, but to me its not worth the risk or hassle rather than just using a glass

I hate steeping for the sole reason I have no patience. I gotta try it now! I don't want to wait two weeks! That's why I always try a little then let it steep so I can tell that it's getting better. As far as leaving the cap off, that seems only necessary if you have an alcohol or chemical smell. Leaving the cap off will help that stuff evaporate out much quicker. But hey that's just me YMMV.

I think your steeping question was sufficiently answered best juice... That's an entirely different animal. In my experience, and many others I've read, finding the right juice is tough. Sounds like you're just getting started so right now your taste buds are healing (assuming you smoked before). A juice you love today in a week may not taste right. It's depressing but normal. I don't think I've read anything negative about mt baker though I havn't tried them myself. I just recently ended my juice struggles with DIY. It sounds intimation at first but with mild common sense it's super easy. The DIY forum here is outstanding and plenty of recipes avail too. The best juice is one you can customize and perfect to your own taste.

Same for me. I just (forcefully) stepped some juices that had some strong smell or taste that i couldnt vape out of bottom.

Thanks for all the answers guys, read all of those articles, so much too it I think like you guys said its what works best for me which will be trial and error. Just like it took me 2 hours to decide 50/50 80/20 20/80 etc before I ordered lol I ended up going with 50/50 and I think that seems to be a good combo for me.

I am going to try it again in a week and compare the difference then again in 2 weeks and so fourth see what works best with my taste buds which suck from smoking lol. Going through a lot of coils in my tanks keep putting a new one in when I am testing the flavor then I wash them and let them dry for 2 days

Edit: I just checked on mine they already smell a lot stronger than yesterday I shook them again squeezed air out and took the cap back off again for another day then ill probably put lid on and leave it in their
