Just got my second e-lectron L from Totally Wicked. Filled it, got it all ready and what not, and tried to vape. UCK! Super bad dry hit by the 3rd drag.
Showed husband who is experienced vaper (I am newb!) he said "Um your atomizer is toast...." looked at it, it certainly was. Okay then....hmm.....that was literally brand new, how did that happen....mmkay.
Got a new atomizer. Repeat.
Husband now can't figure out why atomizer #2 is doing this. It's so awful, burny chemical dry grossness.
Tried using a different battery (probably not even related but trying everything...) nope.
Tried turning down voltage even though we have used my other e-lectron that I've had a while at full voltage and this never happens with it. Nope.
I'm confused :/
Any suggestions??
Did I just get a bad model? Or is there something we are missing? Any helps or ideas would be appreciated!
Also if I posted this in the wrong area I apologize, still new here. Ty!

did you prime the coil/wick before using it??

I actually figured out the issue but I hadn't noticed your reply so I didn't update, my apologies. I was using 70/30 pg vg in this model before, and with the new one I ordered I started with 50/50 pg vg fluid. I was priming real well and all that stuff, letting it sit afterwards too...etc. Well I called the manufacturer and they told me that model can't really handle 50/50 well and that I'm definitely not the first person to call about that issue (thankfully, I felt way less stupid after hearing that, lol!). That was apparently the issue. They told me to use only 70/30 in it. I went through 3 atomizers in a day too, lol, I was so confused! But I found the new liquid vendor I am using now makes a 50/50 they custom thin to mimic the viscosity of a higher pg liquid so THAT fluid works in it but what ever a standard 50/50 mix is like, well it doesn't work. Clogs it all up I guess.
Thanks for the reply!!! :) I'm still kinda mad at myself I didn't think of that but I'm newer to this and so it's all learning experiences.
