any user just switcghing to a PV from analogs will vape much more than they suspect. This is because of the mental and viusual cues associated with smoking. when you light an analog it starts a timer. when you see it burned out, taste filter or forget about it in the ashtray the timer ends. PV's do not do that unless the battery dies. takes a bit of behavior modification and learning to control your vapes but that does tend to come naturally with time. though, if you just switched to
vaping from stinkies do not worry one bit about how much you vape, just vape all you want. If you find your self getting headaches or stomach aches from nicotine overdose, stop vaping for a couple hours, eat something etc...and order some lower nic juice so you dont get a nicotine overload again. I'm a big believer of adjusting your nic level to your vaping habits as opposed to using higher nic and trying to adjust your vaping to your nic. Let your body and brain tell you what level and how often you need and adjust your nic levels accordingly
VAPE ON!!!
