E- liquid question

Recently i have extracted a coffee flavor with vg, i dont have pg so my liquid is only vg and the vg based coffee flavor, the flavor is not really strong although 10% was the flavor the method i have extraced with should give a strong flavor, is it because i didnt use pg? Thanks in advance.

Did you mean mix, rather than extract? And yes VG holds flavours less good than PG does.

No i meant extracted, i extracted the flavor myself, yeah i realize no matter at what precentage you mix its still not like having pg in there and ty

what temp did you extract the coffie at? Temp matters when doing coffie... Ive found that 170-200F retrieves the flavor the best for coffies..

Not sure about the temp but the flavor it self is great but just a kind of weak maybe, and i use 100% vg thinning it with 10% DW might help?

No, DW will only make it weaker......your extract needs to be stronger so when you add vg, pg and nic the dilution will take the flavor to where you want it to be. Everything you add to it will dilute it down.

PG is much better both for extraction and as a flavor carrier. So yes, weaker flavor for VG extraction.

I agree with the post above ^^^^. I just think DW will further dilute the taste. Try 10% pg instead of DW if you can.
Or let the original vg mixture sit longer for maximum extraction.
