Anyone recommend a e liquid like the mocha café(halo), I really like it and want to try something like it. I am going to order some coffee like ones this weekend as this one is definitley my favorite so far. Please recommend some like this, Thanks in advance!

I have seen many, many positive reviews of Mocha Java Smooth from Heather's Heavenly Vapes. I have it on the way right now, so I can't tell you my personal opinion.

I think your question was directed towards me- it is part of the sampler pack I've got coming so it will be a 70/30 pg/vg. They ship the samplers super fast so I'll let you know when I sample it.

Got my Mocha Java Smooth from HHV! I'm vaping it now in a 2.5ohm 510 atty on an 808d slim battery with an adaptor (my VV is not working) an it's mighty fine. The coffee flavor isn't "burny" like I've had an issue with in the past- and the mocha part is almost a powdery cocoa and definitely not that fake plastic chocolate that you sometimes get in an eliquid. It's a balanced combination of both and one flavor isn't knocking the other out, and it's neither too sweet nor too bitter. I can see why they put "smooth" in the name. The vapor production is also very good. The throat hit is low to medium, which is good for me as I'm not a big throat hit seeker.
Good luck to you in your search, but I would definitely try this one if you're into mocha. I feel like I went to my college coffee shop, got a nice medium blend and sprinkled cocoa from one of those shakers on top.
PS- got my Dial-a-Volt from Vapor4Life working. Pretty embarrassed to say it was operator error. Just got it today as well and forgot to press it 5x to turn it on. D'oh! Tried it in .5v increments from 3.3-4.8. Got more toasty towards the higher end, which is fine for a coffee liquid. Lower vapor towards the lower, of course, but tasty throughout. Yummo.
