I am in the beginning planning stages of starting my own e-liquid blending business. I only want to sell e-liquid blends; no hardware, accessories or anything like that.
Someone brought up a good point when I was explaining my plans to them. So much of what we vape is USP Food Grade and so on. So are there any regulations (licensing etc.) which I must follow if I am to sell e-liquid? Does it vary state to state? I am in Wisconsin.
