E-liquid residue?

Ok, so I have found that my tanks and batteries and such always seem to have a tacky residue that is obviously e-liquid, but no discernible leaks or anything. How many of you guys have experienced this, or am I experiencing leaks that I'm not finding?

condensation of the vapor possibly, and you just dont clean enough, I clean what ever I have used everyday, changing wicks (coils once a month) charge the batteries everyday or as needed (mostly everyday), its perfectly fine if you dont see any leaks just means your a vapor and your doing something right, just keep it clean and dont worry about it, also make sure that you keep everying finger tight and you should see that it will stop

I only notice the residue when filling or changing heads/cartos. Usually ends up on the tanks from my fingers.

Like the previous poster I clean my stuff daily, quick wipe down with a damp cloth.

It is definitely not a cleaning issue. I am fanatical about cleaning and constantly wile them down with alcohol. I even carry alcohol wipes when I am out and about.
