Would anyone happen to know of any eBay (US Site) that carries e-liquid. Also do you just add a few drops to your used cartridge and use it or do you have to buy blank ones?

and from what I heard, you can refill a catridge about 3 times and then you have to use a new one or replace the wool in it

Well I found my answer. Seems every other eBay auction site other then the US has lots of sellers. I guess eBay here in the US does not allow such sales or postings.
