What battery do I need for this mod? Do I need a 20 amp cell or will 10 amp batteries drive it. I test vaped it with my atlantis tonight at a vape shop and it really vaped well. I just wish there was more information on it. Such as how high of a coil will it push 30 watts. How reliable is the chip at creating the intended vape far as putting out the correct voltage to achieve the desired wattage?

The stated operating current is "<=20A". I found that info here: Dovpo E-LVT 2.0 30W Mod - $59.90 : 3Avape, Wholesale & Retail

Hopefully others with experience with the device can help you on the other points.

Well I went and pulled the trigger on this thing. This is a very nice mod for people looking for a tough and rugged mod. I don't have a scope so I can't tell what type of signal it's putting out or what it's actually producing. It will fire a .6 ohm coil and produce a good hit albeit a bit cool at 30 watts. This thing is very nice to use with the Atlantis as well. Usually when electronics say rugged and durable you usually have to give a bit on the tech side. I don't get that feeling at all with this device. Having 30 watts of power and being able to run my tanks and RDA's is very nice. No it won't compete with Sig 100w, but it is still a very vapable device even at .4-.6 ohms. It matches the Sigelei very well when compared at the same wattage. I know not everyone is going to like it because it isn't exactly pretty and well it's heavy. Seriously I mean heavy; l feel very confident it could be used as a personal defense tool if needed. The great thing about it is when you are done you could still vape it lol. This thing is solid and built like a tank. If anyone else is looking for a 30 watt device and needs something rugged I highly recommend this device. For that niche market you really can't beat it.

I have the LVT 2 that I use at work, since I work outdoors. The battery life is great. Using a 35 amp battery in it. I normally only run it at between 9-11 watts with a rebranded Kanger, but I am getting a Nautilus for it, and am going to use the SS tank. I think I paid $64.95 for mine off of Ebay.

The rest of the time I run the Vox50 with the Atlantis tank on it. If I had to do it over again, I'd get the sx mini.

I just pulled the trigger on one, along with a fogger v5 to initiate me to the sub-ohm world (I plan on running two 1.5 ohm coils at first, then experimenting from there). I've broken 2 MVP's, an eVic, and a handful of eGos in the two years I've been vaping, so I hope this one will actually hold up. If everything works as I hope it will, I plan on using this setup all day, every day (I can't afford to have different devices for different purposes). I'll post back once I get it (anywhere from 5-175 days, knowing Fasttech, but where else can I get a 30w mod and RTA for $70 shipped).

The battery life is great... but running that setup I would definitely recommend a few extra batteries. Running sub-ohm is going to run a battery down pretty quick. The e-lvt 2 is built like a tank and the sub ohm builds I have put on it have hit well down to .4. Just be prepared to swap batteries. I'm not saying it's terrible by any means, but the sub ohm power requirements will drain batteries quick. I'm running the Samsung 25r (25amp and 2500mah) and it still gets ran down in a day using sub ohm batteries. Now using that battery and something around 1.8 ohms I can get two days of vaping out of it at 12 watts.
