E-Mech Transformer battery balance issue

I come today on bended knee,

I have a V2 e-mech that is having a battery charging issue.

after 2-3 charging cycles the batteries get to be out of balance (1 at 100% the other is at 60-70%)
has anybody else seen this?
have any suggestions?

background.2 sony VTC5 batteries bought at same time tried swapping out for other VTC5s but same thing happens.

sounds like a faulty device. personally, id contact the vendor.

I know nothing about the Mod but if the designer didn't use/design circuitry to try to keep the batteries balance in use and during charging, there is not much you are going to do to solve the issue short of using a external charger.
