Welcome to the weird world of Joyetech.

If your battery is a Joyetech "Twist" then don't use the e-mode tank. It's yet another exercise in bashing the consumer over the head with yet another terrible atomizer and tank combination.

I call all these "EPIC FAIL" - whereas Joyetech think these systems are "revolutionary".

Revolutionary at emptying your wallet.

Can I quote myself?

Can I play devil's advocate?

Joyetech think they are "above" the rest of the e-cig world. They refuse to design (and enter) the clearomizer market determined that these atomizer systems are good.

Most people find they are very poor... and expensive... and then give up.

The people that sell the kit enjoy the repeat business of endless tank and atomizer buying. I call it a swizz.

I met a vaper of 14 months who never even knew what a clearomizer was. He'd bought over 75 Joyetech atomizers and the so-called "Tanks" to go with them. £300+ on atomizers in one year.

....Could have bought a Provari and Kayfun or the best carto tank you can buy.

I am thinking that you would boil it but wait for someone who has used them to come along. The problem I see with this as well as other ego delivery systems is that they are too expensive to run. Ego tends to use these expensive atomizers that aren't always long lasting. I would maybe try another system that has cheaper replacement parts. I think it will save you some money in the long run.

Yes the battery I have is a eGo-C Twist. I also have an E-Com that also uses the same C2 atomizer. As long as I don't mess with the atomizer in the E-Com it seems to do pretty well. I have taken the atomizer out and tried cleaning it in Vodka and letting it dry after rinsing it out in hot water to get some of the after taste from other juices out but It seems to make operation worse. So I have dedicated my e-com to one juice at this time and then I will just switch out atomizers when I go to a different flavor. By the way I am using 30PG/70VG mix at the moment.

I guess it's up to you then. The E-com won't take anything non-Joyetech (is that right?) so you are stuck with Joye atomizers.
The Twist will take anything. That being the case, you can choose anything from any make. I use Kanger and Innokin clearomisers on all my small battery set-ups. I also use Innokin iClears on my big mods and carto-tanks too. (Kayfun, Taifun...too....)
The only mainstream popular product I don't use is the full sized Kanger Protank.
