Hi, I'm a noobie to the forum, but not to e-cig vaping, and have been doing it as an alternative to smoking since i became legal age (started young) anyways, I have an Ego C Twist that has been very reliable and great for vaping for around 3 months of regular daily use, until today it stopped charging. When i connect it to the charger, the led flashes as if it registers it is connected, but the charger stays green lit as if the battery is fully charged. It's really annoying, and any help/advice/ideas trouble shooting would be appreciated... 1000Mah battery, 420 usb charger, in my opinion the battery could be toast, the charger could be done, or some circuitry could be done, but I just dont know  again, any help would be appreciated

Well the first thing to try is cleaning all the connections really good with a Qtip and some alcohol. Or even just a small piece of tissue. If the connections are gummed up that could be your problem. If that is your only one it's likely that the problem is your battery.

Try cleaning the connections and if that doesn't work it's probably the battery. They are much more likely to go than the charger.

Hope this helps.

Like 18650 said, clean it out. Otherwise, I use two Ego-C Twists in rotation, and that happens to both of them quite often. When I first noticed I got scared, unplugged it to make sure the battery was dead and I didn't just swap them by accident. It was in fact the dead one, I plugged it back in and kept an eye on it, after about 20 minutes it went red and charged. Neither battery has failed thus far, they don't get hot/they still produce the same consistency of hits.

If that doesn't work though, odds are the battery is dead.

Sorry, newb question, which post exactly are you talking about? The one on the charger?

The center post of the battery sometimes gets pushed down by a carto. Try lifting the center post by gently prying it side to side with a bent paper clip. A small distance can make a huge difference. It's worth a try as it has been a common problem. A Twist battery will not wear out in 3 months.
