E Pipe Suggestions

Hi Guys,

I have a simple question.

Some of my local E Cig retailers sell really nice looking pipes. However, none of them are adjustable (APV, I think is the term?).... in other words, I cannot increase the voltage.
I generally move between 3 - 4 volts per drag.
Does anyone know a seller in the US that makes good looking pipes that CAN be adjusted?
FYI, I just want something easy to use, ie...... a battery, a decent tank, decent coil, decent charger etc etc....... so, not too complicated!
