Just about 2 weeks and my e-power has a failed switch that is always on!!

just a quick question, you have made sure that the battery is positive side up facing the switch right?
The only reason i ask is because i saw a review once were the person reviewing it said that when confronted with
the negative end of the battery it stay on

i apologize if this post seems insulting, i am trying to help, just in case.
