Do you mean a kit that came with the white LED switch?

If so, I don't think he will post it on the site, but I would bet if you called him and told him you got a kit with the white LED switch and it doesn't work with the Ressurectors, you could send it back and he would replace it for free.

I didn't ask him that bc I don't have that issue, but I would def think he would if you called him.

But before we jump to that, lets see if Smoktech actually got it right this time first

Just wanted to post an update.

The fixed switch is now available!!

It has a Blue LED like the 2nd gen. Switch, but has the 5-click on/off feature like the white LED switch had.

I just got off the phone with Brent from Hoosier and he said he tested it for awhile and it worked flawlessly with 1.5ohm dual coils. The switch is rated to use as low as 1.5ohm but Brent said the 1.25ohm cartos he sells also worked on it.

So this is def great news!!!
We now have the nice feature of the 5-click on/off that the white LED had, but now with the dependability and reliability that the older Blue LED switch had!

Hoosier has them for sale right now on the site
CCV will have them in a few days and then they will be available to buy there too

Looks like Smoktech finally got it right and made the switch that we've all wanted and waited so long for!

The newest switch is available at CCV now too. Cheaper than Hoosier sells it for too and free shipping.

Also CCV got in the new colored 3.5ml tanks. The 3.5ml tank works great on the Epower and looks nice too. Just throw a Reasurrector in the tank instead of the crappy dual coil and youve got a nice little setup for cheap

I don't see the new switch available anywhere on the CCV site. Hoosier had them, but is currently out of stock.

I noticed that too. There were available last night and this morning, but then by this afternoon they were off again.

I talked to Andrew a few hours ago and he said that Smoktech accidentally screwed up again and sent the white LED switches instead. So once he noticed it, he took them off, bc he's obviously not going to sell those.
He said he b*tched the guy out and the guy promised the right switches were sent out today since Andrews order of 40k cartos was sent today. So the guy said the right switches were being sent with the cartos. Andrew said the the order should get to him my the weekend. So I guess hell have the right switches by Monday or so.

Andrew also told me he's going to start selling the lavatube as well. Which I think would be pretty sweet since hell prob have it for a really good price like he has the bolt for.
He said he was thinking about it and I suggested he sell the mini lavatube as well bc people seem to be liking/wanting the mini one. He said he liked the idea and would def consider it. So I guess well see.

You might think that CCV would open the boxes from new shipments and check the contents before putting it up for sale. Maybe not. CCV owes me for one defective white LED E-Power 14650 switch that I purchased on 12-02-2011. I don't think I'll ever see the money back or a fair exchange for that. That was my last purchase from CCV, ever.

The CCV excuse for this problem was to send out gold-plated battery springs in December. That was BS. It's almost mid-February and CCV still hasn't come clean.

Crystal clear vaping also sells the white LED switch, with the 5-click on/off, and is rated for 1.25ohm and up.

I would get it from CCV bc they sell it for only $9.50, which is cheaper than what most vendors sell it for. And CCV has free shipping which makes it even cheaper then if you had to pay around $10-11 for it from another vendor, and then also $3-5 for shipping

Hey rob, it's good to hear from you. Still using the E-Power 14650? I am.

I'd give that new white LED switch from CCV a try if it is regulated.

The last time I posted on this thread I went back to using my old blue LED switches that didn't have the 5-click switch safety but worked LR cartos below 2.0 ohms.

In March I scored some new switches from Hoosier. Big screen D says these are regulated to 3.6V. These have the blue LED button, work with LR below 2.0 ohms and have the 5-click safety feature. I don't have a DMM attachment to test voltage under load for these switches but they certainly behave like they are regulated, which I like. The low voltage signal flashes and the switch shuts down when battery voltage hits 3.2V. Last time I looked Hoosier was out of stock on these switches.

I'm keeping my old blue LED switches as spares.

There have been more permutations of the E-Power 14650 switch than you can shake a stick at.

Actually I didn't need to test voltage under load to determine if my newer E-Power 14650 switches mentioned above were regulated. Testing without load will provide an answer.

Yes, these newer blue LED switches from Hoosier are regulated to somewhere between 3.6 and 3.7V as far as I can tell.

Battery #1:
Battery voltage: 3.52V
Voltage at 510 connector, no load: 3.52V

Battery #2
Battery voltage: 4.13V
Voltage at 510 connector, no load: 3.66V

@ynameisrob and @yzer I am glad you both have kept up on the e-power and it's switch saga..
I have been using mine since June/11, the old rubber blue led button.
I have since gone on to a genesis Line which when I make the atomizer it usually is between 1.5 and 1.8 ohms.
I break it in on a mechanical mod than switch to to my e-power and life goes on...

As soon as this settles I would like to purchase the switch with the 5 click on/off.
I have backups still, so no rush.
I am glad to read that Smoktech vendors keep the e-power going I think it is a great mod, I still use mine daily..

Crystal Clear Vaping currently stocks an E-Power 14650 kit and the latest replacement switch. The five-click switch safety is a great feature for carrying this APV in your pocket. I use it a lot.

I think that the microchip in the E-power is disabling the battery when there is too much of an electric current being discharged for too long of a time as that would drive the sensor crazy. A lot of the automatic cut-off features on the Chinese-built PVs seem to do this, with the exception of the ones specifically built for use with LR atty's.
