E-Roll problems

Bought my first kit 2 weeks ago ( the e-roll) by joytech.
I'm not using it very often, and it doesn't seem to be working anymore? The battery's are all fully charged, and the blue led still lights up, the tanks have juice in them, but no vapor..nothing, the kit came with 2 e-cigs, and neither one is working, strange, but they both stopped working only 1 day apart of each other.
Am i doing something wrong? has anyone else had or having this problem? I've been only using it about once every 3 days, and like i said its only 2 weeks old..any suggestions..
Thanks,

Did you try changing the atomizer head?

Its not the juice going crusty, I have 5 spare tanks, and tried two new ones. Is it possible it is the atomizer heads gone already in both of them? I only use them for an hour or so every couple of days, and the unit itself is only 2 weeks old. This could get expensive if it is, that would mean when i go full time using them, i'll have to replace the atomizer head on average every 3 to 4 days. Is that normal???

Those ego-c heads last a while - I've seen them last a few weeks of daily full time vaping. If there is no hissing or anything coming from them when you press the button, I am almost wondering if they are properly seated and getting power? Its possible they popped a coil and are dead but 2 for 2 seems strange. Disassemble and wipe down/clean everything, put a drop or two of juice directly on the atomizer spike to make sure its not totally dry. If you are still getting nothing, maybe the atomizers are dead :(

You probably have read this 100 times, but heres a link to the manual - Joyetech Manual Download

Good luck!

flooded atty?

been a while since i played with an e-roll, but flooding could be the issue.
any heavy gurgling noises? hard draw?
take it apart, blow out the atty, make sure it is dry and start again with some fresh juice.
the juice may have flooded the coil chamber so much, from just sitting around with juice in the tank, that it just cant do its job.

Good luck:toast:
I would have gone with a different kit, but you gotta work with what you've got.
