Monday night I went to a casino and sat down to play some poker. I started vaping and for about 10 minutes no one said anything. Then a little old lady complained to the dealer that is was a nonsmoking room and I told her I wasn't smoking, that it was an e-cig, and showed her how it worked. She commented, "Well isn't that the neatest little thing!?!". There were 5 smokers at the table that had to leave the table several times to go smoke, instead of playing. Each one of them asked me where they could get one.

Trump Casinos were promoting the use of electronic cigarettes in Atlantic City, stating that it could be smoked in any part of their casinos. I used mine at Bally's wild wild west and didn't get any reaction from anyone. At least I can play my favorite machines again :) They're in the no smoking section..

YouTube - Atlantic City JackPot Winner! Last years trip before I got my e-cig. I may have suffered somewhat playing in the no smoking section, but it was worth it ;)

Right on guys!
I love playing poker when i'm at the casino but haven't had a chance to go just yet to Tunica, MS in a over a year. It will be nice to see what they say there since the poker room is non-smoking. I do play at many restaurants here in The Nashville area that do free poker with a points system, and all our restaurants are no smoking now so Everyone hates me sitting at the table just vapin away.

I have decided to be a "nice guy". When money allows I am going to get several starter kits and bring them with me to the poker table and just give them to the other players for the cost. I'll even give them the print out from where I order them from to prove I'm not making a cent.

It's much more fun playing poker with people that LIKE you than want to rip your head off because you can vape at the table and they have to get up after every other dealer button that passes them to go smoke in another part of the casino. LOL!

Now THAT is some smart thinking! LOL!

Smoking is pretty much allowed anywhere on the actualy gaming floor, but ther are non-smoking areas such as restaurants, public access areas, rest rooms, hotel rooms, and some gaming areas are non-smoking only. There are only 2 or 3 smoking poker rooms in the entire town. Bars at casinos are ok too, but public bars that serve food are NOT ok.

you might want to point out there are still smoking hotel rooms in Vegas, just can't smoke in the hallways anymore but you still can in your smoking room, the Vegas Airport is now non-smoking, not even a smoking room there anymore. If the bar at the casino serves food outside of pre-packaged food you can't smoke there either.

Just wondering if anyone has tried vaping in Vegas Airport, or restaurants.
