E-smokey treats customer service: Awesome!

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a kit from E-smokey treats. Phil had previously answered very quickly to an inquiry of mine, and the ordering process was smooth and problem-free. He offers both Paypal and credit card options for payment, which I like.

The shipping was fast (and free from $80 and up), and the package arrived in NC in 2 days (from California). I had a couple of problems, and Phil was amazing in responding very fast and replacing the faulty parts right away. He answered on weekends, and even on Thanksgiving day! The penstyle I bought produces good vapor and works fine. The atomizer tastes slightly weird (somewhat sweet) when it is a bit short on juice, but you can use this as an early warning that it is time to refill....

In general, the customer service of e-cigarettes sellers I tried (Puresmoker, E-smokey treats, and Janty) is absolutely the best I have experienced in a long time... These people answer emails quickly and take very good care of their customers. Phil has overall good prices and warranty (30-day satisfaction, and 6 months on products, including batteries), and he even provides a pre-stamped envelope for returning parts.... Honestly, I can hardly think of better service, especially considering how these devices often encounter problems. I am an extremely satisfied customer (although Phil may argue that I am not an easy one)....
 
I didn't realize Phil had a 6 month warranty on parts, mainly because I haven't had to send anything back. I bought 2 penstyles from him nearly 3 MONTHS ago & the atomizers are still workin' fine--I know they're from him because they have the "E-Smokey Treats" logo imprinted on the side! :lol:

(I haven't bought from Phil for awhile but I agree with these other guys--he went out of his way to get me fruity carts during the "Great Apple Fluid Shortage" of August 2008 & a nicer guy you couldn't meet.)

I'm waiting for the "Shh it's a secret" to be revealed Phil, I'm always up for a good sale!

Looks like no one has posted here in a while, but I feel the need to chime in about how awesome my experience with e-smokeytreats has been. I ordered two batteries from Phil and one of them didn't work, so the guy goes out of his way to send me a replacement. On top of that, he even sent me a free atomizer for the trouble! You can't ask for better customer service than that. His responses to my inquiries have always been very prompt as well. Keep at it Phil! I'll be sure to continue my business with you if you maintain such high standards of service.
