E1 – Short Circuit / Shorted Atomizer – If this error appears, remove the atomizer and replace with a different one or lower your voltage settings The ProVari will automatically reset when the problem is fixed or lower your voltage settings. The ProVari will automatically reset when the problem is fixed.

Hi Dedi, not sure if you have contacted us through the website or not, but I would be happy to help. Can you tell me what the voltage is set to when you are using these attys? Most times, if you are able to get the ProVari to work with another atomizer, which you mentioned 1 of them did work, it generally would be something with the atomizer itself that causes the error. If it were the ProVari, you would get this error on all of your atomizers. Let me know and I can gladly assist :)

Hi Jennifer, thx for response. In #7 I indicated the ohms on attys. I use from 3.5 to 4.1 volts.
The weird thing was all four fired on other devices and all four metered correctly, however only one fired on Provari. This happened within 10 minutes with no other changes.
I emailed with Ken and he suggested cleaning, which I had already done with no change. He sd possibly center pin prob. I wasnt sure if he meant device or addy and he did not reply.
I gave up and just put it aside till yesterday morning. When I started with trying to figure it out again, everything worked normally! I have no idea what was going on!!!

Dedi,
If the issue continues, please do not hesitate to pm me. Glad to here its working again, The issue puzzles me still??
if your getting an E1 Error it could be a short in the wick, or the voltage is set too high. But from your statement above thats not the case unless the wicks are fluctuating causing the ohms to read very low. are you using clearomizers? You can check the wicks orings in the tank??

If over tightening occurs, the pin can read as a short and also possibly cause a error in the tank. If this issue continues, please let me know and we can have you send it in so we can take a look at it to see what could possibly be causing this to happen.

Kindly,
Ken
