Anyone know what the gauge is on the plastic syringe tip that comes with the E2 V4 cartomizers ? I broke my only plastic tip & I want to replace it locally with a metal blunt tip the same gauge.

I am about 90% sure it is a 22 gauge. I have some 22 gauges and they work great. Anyway, when you order a new pack you will get another plastic one. If funds allow, it might just be easier to order a new pack, and then you will have some backups as well.
I believe they are 22 gauge too. I do wish they'd supply them with longer metal needles. Those little plastic ones just bend too easily and are not long enough. I found one source here - Blunt Dispensing Needles
