E9 (KR808-D2) battery problems

Hi just order a E9 kit KR808-D2 one battery keeps flashing when inhaling and not working. 2nd batt no light n not working. Anyone encounter this and fixes? Not trying to send back due to postage cost.

Bad batteries. No fix. I have a couple, and they are good backups or give aways.
