E9 starter kit?

A band mate wants to try vaping. I'm thinking of steering him towards a two piece unit. He found this. Is this an E9? Looks to be...

I like my M401 but plan on ordering a two piece myself after the holidays. I'll send him links to Vapor4Life, etc. but am curious as to what this one is. I'm thinking he should try the KR808 and stay away from this one...

That is not an E9 or even a 2-piece unit. Look under "accessories" and you will see they sell an atomizer for it.

After trying almost every model out there over the past year, I can say that I have, for now, settled on the two piece. I most definitely do not enjoy the fuss of three piecers.

The packaging looks like a 4081. Not a bad unit but would probably be happier with a 808 or greencig.
