It is as if I punished myself each time I tried to quit smoking...the first time I was smoking about a pack a day....then I stopped smoking for about 3 days...when I started back....I smoked about two packs a day

Fast forward to last year when I had bronchitis and I quit for a month....when I started smoking again it was non stop..maybe 3 or 4 packs per day..

Now I vape nonstop...well mostly non stop...I can put it down for an hour or so...but I know it is there when I need it.

Vaping nonstop is probably not going to be a problem. I pretty much have my APV in my hand all the time (there's almost no photo of me from the last six months where I'm not holding some sort of vaporizer ). BUT, I never have the cough-up-my-lungs-and-might-even-puke-due-to-not-being-able-to-breathe that I had almost every weekend when I'd been out partying and smoking earlier. Nic overdose I'd certainly recognise, and then I'd just turn to lower nic liquid. On the other hand, I can go way longer without vaping, if I need to, than I ever could when smoking

Give it time. Let your body and mind adjust. Be gentle with yourself.

Sound advise....At first you feel like you need the PV device sewn to your mouth in fear of not getting nic....then you realize it is all good and actually fun....then you start feeling better (body and mind)...then all down hill from there Angstless :vapor:
