Ok here is some info.

This info is a quote from Para
Diameter: 5.5mm
Center hole: 3.5mm
Thickness: 2.0mm
From this thread
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/gg/209733-gg-magnetic-button-quest.html

Imeo gave these specs
3,2-3,5mm hole and 5mm external diameter. 2-2,5mm fat

Finally many of us have used these magnets.
Gaussboys Super Magnets :: Rings :: 6mm x 3.5mm x 2mm N38 Nickel Plated Neodymium Magnet - Ring

Granted if you order those I would advise ordering a bunch. I ordered 20 and out of the 20 about 17 of them would work 3 of them were actually to big dia to fit in the button which didn't suprise me as Imeo recomends 5mm dia and these are 6 and like Para mentioned the origional GG ones he measured are 5.5. Also as a side note the newish style button (non adjustable throw) can only take 2 of these magnets which makes the button press extremely soft.

Yes softer, and I use two magnets in my SSGGTS switch. The throw and resistance is perfect for me. But I cheated and pulled the 3 three magnets from my older GGTS and switched it with the spring from my newer SSGGTS. If I am not using it at all, I typically lock the button. I have not had any unintentional firing. I went with this because I use my GGTS so much, my hand would get a little uncomfortable from continued use in certain positions that I like to use my GGTS. Not any more. I also like the longer throw older switch with magnets or a spring.

This is one of the things great about a GG, little modifications to your liking that make it a better PV for you to use :)

I'm using the Gaussboys magnets in my Stealth's button. Two went in, not so easy-peasy cuz the one kept jumping out from the magnetic force.. stupid little bugger. But I got them in there eventually and it's working just fine. I ordered a bag of them, I think I got 20 or so... first two I tried fit in fine.

I can see though if they were even just a tiny bit out of spec (slightly larger diameter) they wouldn't fit, because the ones I used just fit in.

Yes, the magnet upgrade that I bought early this yr for my nickle GG - fit with the new button. Only takes two of the three magnets. I took them out as I preferred the spring.
