Yeah so I am still really new here but feel that I am learning at a decent rate. I always avoided wiring of ANY kind like it was the plague.... As they say, things change! Modding is the most fun I have had in a long time!
I haven't completed many mods yet but I have finished 3.
The Puck, a simple usb PT in a huge box, and my 3.7v 2x AA box. All of my mods have an 808 connector. Atleast until I make my next one! I got a few 510 connectors in the mail today. I have been trying to keep it as simple as possible and EASE my into the more challenging things. My next mod have a 510 like I said in a 3xAA box regulated 5v.
Anyhow, as I have seen so many times already.. PICS OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!

....and yes it already got beat up! I forgot it on my lap in the cab ride from a night out. Dropped it in my driveway and then the cabby ran it over 
Still works beautifully! adds character as they say (dunno why so many smilies)
yeah, don't ask about the cluster Eff of electrical tape! lol it works, and is all soldered.
and my latest toy! just a simple 3.7v 1x 14500
