East TN Mini Get-Together???

cags, we are, right now just trying to work on getting some correct information to the Knox Co Health Dept since they have been telling area restaurants that it is illegal for people to vape inside. I was going to try and have this at Puleo's but right now that has been ruled out. If anyone has any connections with a restaurant that is agreeable to letting us vape as a group then please let me know.
I live south. I called big mama's karaoke cafe today (in seymour) she was going to have to check, but didn't say no right away. also, it is always loud in there and sat is kid party day...but they have a private room FOR RENT 
she is to call back to say yes or no and tell me how much we'd have to pay. I told her we probably didn't want to pay

I do to the downtown bar and grill every Wed night...I'll check w/ management there- they do have a room (used to be the cigar room before cigs were no longer allowed indoors at bars)...maybe they will give us a go-ahead! We're not talking about painting the walls yellow with cig smoke anyway.
cags and Dave I'm all for anything you guys can come up with, I kind of got side tracked with this right now. the Brewery would be great of you could get that, I forgot about the old cigar room.
I asked last night and the GM had to check with the owner today...and called me back. They are okay with us going to the brewery- just want a head's up and when we want to go. So, that's great news!!! Here is their website: Knoxville's Downtown Grill & Brewery And...it's easily accessible from South Knoxville- just use the Gay St. Bridged and keep driving down Gay St....will be on your right, just past the theater!
Post up when you can do this, everyone! I'm open for anytime, really except possibly this and next Sat.
what about march 12 (sat) or maybe the 13th (sun) ? chainvapor said he works til 3 on sat and I have a boatload of animal chores in the evenings, so what about 2:00 or 2:30 - or maybe a little earlier if on sun? selfishly I am anxious to learn from all of you so I am just trying to get the ball rolling

Dave that is awesome, obviously they didn't get the memo from the health dept, LOL or maybe they are smart enough to know it the health dept is wrong. Either way that would be a great spot. For me it looks like the best Saturday would be on March 19th, if that works for you then I will start a new post or you can and that can be our date. If you would prefer something else then let me know.
I may be able to do the 12th also. I guess we can have Dave check with the Brewery and see if those dates and times will work. Should we start another post just to have people commit so we know how many to expect?
