Hey everybody, I am getting ready to order the 801 pen style from David Yangs site. Dose anyone know if there have been any shipping problems with them lately.
Their USB pass through comes with a complete cig, cable, manual switch, vacuum switch, and larger USB battery. With carts too!

I don't own the 801 yet, but want one bad. The Eastmall version is the one I want, unless someone talks some sense to me.

How long does it take to get stuff in?

They have a disclaimer on their site that mentions that I should contact US customs and ask if there are any issues importing ecigs.

I wondered if anyelse is or has had issues with shipping

I wouldn't be in a rush to follow this advice just yet. I made an order a couple of days ago and haven't heard a word back from "Kevin Ocampo" (the proprietor, known as "Gashin" on these forums), despite two emails requesting an update or a refund if the terms on the website aren't going to be followed. The site SAYS same day shipping, but the lack of communication has my consumer alarm going off. I'm giving it 24 more hours to hear from this guy and then I think things are going to have to escalate a bit.
I'd say caveat emptor for the time being.

So far I have had good communication with Kevin, he has been very prompt and polite. I do know he is getting in allot of stock today 3/4/09 and he is probably just busy. he is sending me replacement switches for my 801 and I opted to wait until today's shipment to get some from a fresh batch.

I got some juice from them and had no problems. Shipped in ten days. They don't seem to have any customs' issues.

That's what I like about Bestecig, you can track your package all the way to your door. I just get nervous when it says "handed over to Customs" and it takes 2 days to be released. I'm waiting on an order now but like rsmith says, usually 10 days and that's not bad from mainland China.

I agree, there have been some issues with Kevin/Gashin, for at least a month now.
