You know, I tend to use 100 words when 20 would suffice but I was just looking at an order from Bruce and an order from another vendor who sells what is my current go to juice (for now 
). I am horribly OCD so some of this will sound silly possibly but it needs to be said.
Being a CoV customer is like being a customer at a Jaguar or BMW dealership. True, he does sell the premiere line of mods in my opinion, the GG by Imeo but it goes deeper than that. No offense meant to other vendors but with Bruce you get the whole package.
With some vendors and I have dealt with many, you feel like you are at a big box store or wally world. Poor packaging, little to no help except at check out time. With Bruce, he spares no detail. Even the labeled clear envelopes he uses are nice quality, reusable bags for parts, cartos or whatever.
Yes, he does get over run at times like this past week when the big GG shipment hit at the same time as Vapercon but! When Bruce gets to your order, you feel like you have his full attention and for your turn, you are the only customer he has. Most of us in this economy can't stay at 4 or 5 star hotels and dine exlcusively in country clubs.
As it relates to our vaping needs go though, Bruce makes you feel like you are at the finest establishment. Not many vendors can say they provide that level of service to their customers. But Bruce does and continues to do it order after order. It's one area of life you get treated like royalty and face it, 99.999% of us enjoy that feeling.
I know I do and just want to say thanks Bruce. Words don't feed the kitty but your level of service to your customers is rarely if ever equalled by most vendors. You make a bar for others to measure up to! I know Imeo couldn't have done better for us in the US than you.
