Ebay, PP and ecigs?!

So when did this happen??!! Just noticed ecig gear on ebay, namely some Kanger Protanks. Sooooo ebay/PP is cool with ecig sales now?

Nope. They get away with it because these devices can be used to vaporize things like essential oils and 0mg juice that has no nicotine, so technically they are not JUST a nicotine delivery device. Notice not one of the folks that put the gear up there refer to it as "ecig" or anything like that.
