I buy it from Essential Depot on Amazon. 1 quart of PG is $10.95 and if you need other stuff, free shipping over $35. A quart of VG is $14.95. Find some bottles, droppers, and flavors and you'll be well over the $35. Some folks are able to buy the Propylene Glycol by the gallon at their local Tractor Supply store or livestock supply place. My local Walmart usually has Vegetable Glycerine ($4.00 for a 6 ounce bottle) and some people claim that CVS also carries it--mine looked at me like I had 3 heads.

You can also get it all from Wizard Labs, Nude Nicotine, My Freedom Smokes, Ecig Express, and other sites. The benefit of those is you can also get the nicotine. I have & will continue to get my nicotine from Wizard Labs & Nude Nicotine. Very clear & very low odor for their PG based. I also like the tiny little flavor bottles at WL for getting started to try out new flavors before you commit to a 4 ounce bottle.
