Happy Birthday to ECF indeed!

And thanks to all the moderators and members who have made it such an awesome community.

I can scarcely believe it's been 3 years since I first received my first e-cig and thought: "gosh, this is good - I wonder if anyone wants to talk about it?" :)

Special thanks goes to our founder, SmokeyJoe. Thanks for giving us a place to learn and hang out with others just like us.

Angus, I am not a black and white puppy dog...at least I don't think that I am...maybe I am and just don't realize it. :)

Thanks SJ for creating this wonderful forum. You have played a major role in helping e-cig users, all over the world. :thumb:

Happy Birthday and thanks to all the mods for making this a great place to be. I have almost the same stats as ejoker:) as I completely quit on 1/11/10. Looking forward to my one year birthday soon. I have met some of the most wonderful, helpful people here, won a bunch of great contests and spent way too much money finding what I like best. Still cheaper than the smoking.

    Happy birthday, ECF.

    Jesus, where do I start?

I came here wanting desperately to get off cigs, and with only one chance to get it right. If I got it wrong... I wouldn't have the money to try again for quite a while. I almost gave up, trying to wade through all the shaddy, over-priced, scam-ish products online, until I found ECF.

Thanks to everyone here, I did get it right on the first try, and quit cigarettes the same day, 5 and a half months ago. God, it's almost been half a year.

I tried my best to give back all that had been given to me, and wound up getting a lot more attention for it than I had bargained for, or even thought I deserved. So I put out more content, mostly for newbies, and the emails from people who got something from it kept me going.

And then I got a job in the industry, partly through the explosure I got here and in the rest of the vaping community. Someone wanted to pay me for what I was willing to do for free, and even more, embedding myself in it. I feel like I have meaning in life.

I've had a really bad couple of years. And I was getting to the point where I thought maybe I was just one of those people with really bad luck in life. Even now, I have a hard time letting go of that idea.

But ECF helped me stop killing myself, and also gave me a chance to really make a difference in the world.

    I'm at a loss.

    Happy birthday.

Wow - Very cool!! I wish that I found this site 3 years ago, as finding and joining has been an absolute blessing!

From the PIF's that I attend to the General discussions, to the offbeat this has been a repository of great information and advice. To the illustrious founders of ECF thanks, you've been a change agent in my life. To the Mods, thanks for keeping us "honest". To the rest of you, thanks for being a surrogate family for me on my journey from a heavy smoker, to a heavy vaper! I look forward to many more years of these types of messages, as well as my own anniversary I quit message!!

Happy 3rd Anniversary \ Birthday ECF!

I have only known you (ECF) for a few months, but you and many of your peoples, have helped me change my life for the better. Just a few months back I would wake up in the middle of the night unable to breathe, coughing up a lung and still the thinking "I need a smoke!", no more!

I also want to give a great-big-old "THANK YOU" to MissNomad!
I'm sure I could have found the info she provided in her videos on my own, but she saved me a whole lotta time and aggravation.

With all of the supplies I have now, I can just Dilute my nicotine, flavor it and vape at will... Or I can just chew my favorite gum and vape unflavored liquid.

    Happy belated 3rd!

I only wish I found this site sooner. Im fairly new here and have been using all the resources that ECF can provide any person wishing to make the switch. I couldn't be happier to be part of such a great community. I feel like I live here now cause I'm on ECF so much doing research and etc. Everytime I spread the word I never forget to mention ECF.
Nothin but champagne wishes and caviar dreams! Happy bday ECF!

Happy belated B'day ECF!!! I know I would not have made it through the learning curve without this place and the Lord only knows what I would have ended up with on my first purchase. The wonderful people here helped me past the "guess" work and I got it right the first time. I haven't smoked since my first PV arrived back in April. I can never thank you enough.
