So i'm a long time lurker of ECF and have some recommendations for the ECF DIY Section.
Here is a list of problems to do with Recipes:
Recipes are all over the place and any user can submit a recipe.
The Recipes have no format.
Majority of recipes aren't shared because nothing is received back by the community besides a few recipes which have no credability behind them and aren't that great.
To fix this I think ECF should create an ECF E-juice Recipe Book.
The top 100 ejuices submitted will be submitted into the ECF E-juice Book 2012.
The top 25 Entries will win a prize!
The top Entry will win the Grand Prize!
(A 15ml sample must be submitted along with Recipe to be a valid entry - Sample Sent to a PO Box)
All recipes must contain flavours from the 1 company and contain no E-juice flavours from an existing E-Juice vendor.
Sponsors could be had from Capella, Flavourart, Lorann even some E-cig vendors. I'm sure this could be obtainable as it's publicity for the vendors aswell.
The Book could be sold in the ECF Store for $25 - $30. Some of the money made from the ECF E-Juice Book 2012 could go towards the Major Prize.
This would help users submit their all time best ejuices instead of keeping them a secret or selling them off for money.
ECF will make money from Book sales and the users will have some very nice recipes instead of ones which aren't.
Thoughts?

On a side note I also feel more needs to be done in the DIY section as finding useful information is too hard these days. This ECF E-Juice Book 2012 Will help combine the best of the best with in 1 place.
For instance recipes should be kept to a strict guideline. All flavours from the 1 company should be used such as Flavourart or Lorann or PA etc instead of having 1 flavour from Flavourart and 1 from lorann and 1 from PA. I also feel the Same format should be kept through-out all of the recipes.
At the moment I'm sure many users have given up on ECF DIY Thread because it's all over the place and something needs to be done to keep it alive.
I'm sure i've missed about 10 other valid points but it's dragging on and I want to hear your thoughts.
