You're welcome .... I like to send newer folks to actual video reviews where they can SEE for themselves and make their own decisions without me providing any sort of biased input.... I have never owned that particular kit but from all that I have studied about it I don't see anything drastically wrong with the unit, especially for people, like yourself, who are new to vaping and desire quite a bit of vapor, and fair taste, all for a really good price.........
I did notice that the kit is not too swift for a mouth to lung inhaler....So, if you like vaping like you did when you smoked (probably mouth to lung) then the tank that comes with this kit is NOT for you...... If you are desiring to try your hand at direct inhaling, then this tank delivers a fairly good amount of vapor... This economy kit seems to be geared towards people who are getting away from smoking and want to step up a notch from a cig-a-like or similar product....
You say you don't want complicated units..... well, this particular kit is about as simple as it can get.... There is no airflow adjustments, wattage, or temperature adjustments......... Those facts would bother lots of people who vape but there are also lots of vapors who would not be bothered by those facts.... There are scores of vapors here who vape all day long on mechanical devices that have zero adjustments of any kind.... Of course, most of them are cloud chasers and desire lots of vapor that is fairly warm.... Just because a device is simple and has zero adjustments does not make it somehow inferior to other devices.... It's all a matter of personal preference... lots of folks who start out vaping could care less what they are using just so long as it helps them get away from the death sticks.... Then, after awhile they usually purchase mods/tanks that have adjustments because the adjustments help them to dial in to a vape that is the best and most suitable vape for their style of vaping....
So, the FIRST thing to consider when thinking about new hardware is to decide what vaping style you like....Do you like mouth to lung, or do you like direct inhale? Once you answer that question in your mind then a great majority of the tanks/atomizers on the market will be able to be eliminated from the pool to select from....
Also, since you are new to vaping, then I imagine that you will not be desiring to build your own coils/wicks as you stated that you like things simple for the time being..... That fact will also eliminate a bunch of tanks from your selection pool..... You should desire to get a tank that has factory built coils that you simply replace after 2 or three weeks of use...... So, the second thing you need to consider when purchasing a tank is to decide if you want one with factory built coils, or do you want the fancier tanks that allow you to build your own coils.... You must consider the fact that lots of folks who vape for awhile start building their own coils as it greatly reduces vaping costs because you no longer have to purchase factory coils all of the time, plus you can wind the coils to have the resistance you desire (within a restricted range)......... Many tanks on the market allow you to do both as you can either build your own coils or use factory built ones.... The Armor tank that you are looking at does not allow you to build coils with it....you would be limited to purchasing factory coils for it.... However, since you want things simple, then that is an option that lots of people choose as they do not want to build their own coils.
The third thing you need to consider is the mod.... You need a mod that is more powerful than the one you are currently using......... You also state that you want a simple functioning mod...... The Armor mod delivers on both of those assets........... That mod is about as simple as it gets as there is only one button and that is the fire button......... It has an LED screen that allows you to see the relative charge remaining in the battery.... If you do not want to fiddle with voltage/wattage adjustments then this mod is good for what you desire.... It has enough power to deliver a power to 0.3 ohm coil which produces quite a bit of vapor for people who have the style of direct lung inhaling.... You can even go lower and purchase 0.15 ohm coils which would produce a warmer vape along with even more vapor........
Personally, I prefer mods in which I can replace the batteries instead of having the batteries built into the mod.... It's just a weird quirk of mine and has NOTHING to do with the quality of a mod..... Lots of folks here who have vaped for a long time use mods that have internal batteries like the Armor has..... The problem with having removable batteries is that often you have to purchase a battery charger that is especially built to charge vaping batteries of various sizes..... Lots of people who vape do not want to mess with doing any of that....
I hope some of this help you to decide one way or the other about the Armor kit...... It's a good kit for a new vapor that desires to do DIRECT LUNG inhaling, is simple to fill and use, and has quite a bit of power..... However, if you do mouth to lung inhaling then my advice would be to select a different product.....
It all boils down to personal preferences but what makes things difficult for newer vapors is there are so many things on the market that they get confused and apprehensive when purchasing something.... If you ponder on the things I listed above then you should be able to select something that will fill your needs should you decide to not go with the Armor kit..... Keep reading and watching review videos if you are still unsure.
