Hello Vapers!

I received my Chrome Echo with 2 blank "echomizers" and the 1300mAh batteries on the 19th. The box is the most attractive of any e-cigarette packaging I've ever seen with the gold leaf and magic magnetic flap!

I don't know how they make the 1300mAh only 3/16ths of an inch longer than my mega cylinder eGo 900mAh (which I've been using for 6 months). I charged the batteries and tried dripping into the echomizer. After 12 or 13 drops of Chocolate (my fav), I realized using my syringe would be much quicker and more accurate because you don't want to get any e-juice in the atomizer opening in the center. I filled the syringe to 3ml stuck it along the side of the echomizer to the bottom and squeezed. Bingo! In about 2 seconds it was full and no muss or waiting for the filter to absorb it (it's somewhat compressed to start with).

Note: I would suggest removing the echomizer from the battery when filling and wiping the bottom (battery contact area of the echomizer) to avoid any possibility of fouling the battery.

I then screwed on the battery and began to vape at 4:30PM. Wow! Lots of vapor, but for some reason it didn't seem as though I was drawing hard enough to produce so much. This unit has an excellent light draw! Every hit was consistently the same (unlike my eGo) and more importantly it felt much cooler than my eGo which impressed me. Also the flavor was much richer, great throat hit and after a few hours it seemed the small 11mg nicotine was 16mg! Go figure!

I vape constantly (when conscious) so I continued getting consistent hits until 11PM that evening. I woke up at 5AM (I'm a morning person) and immediately began vaping. Every hit had excellent TH and cool, easy drawing with always consistent (and plentiful, flavorful vapor). around 5PM that evening I began to wonder when my Echo was going to stop. At 8PM the vapor pretty much stopped (with absolutely no burnt taste) and five minutes later the battery began flashing. I suddenly realized I had been vaping consistently (minus the 6 hour sleep) for 21.5 hours! Great Godfrey!

A few comments: If you have been using a manual e-cig for a period of time before getting your Echo, you will find yourself rotating your e-cig to find a button that is not there (much like an amputee still "feeling" their missing appendage). Also, the automatic battery works smoothly and effectively after holding it up to a blasting stereo, whacking the unit in my palm, etc. No cutoff as long as you are drawing. The Echo has the automatic technology down!

All in all, I can't think of a better personal vaporizer on the planet. You'll never be sorry investing in an Echo.

Echo (ek’ỡ) n., [< Gr. ẽchỡ]
1. an innovation in e-cigarettes. 2. massive vapor production.
3. cool, flavorful vaping. 4. a 24 hour consistent, hassle-free
performance. 5. smooth drawing as well. 6. best value for the
money.

PS: I originally posted this in the wrong area... sorry!

some cartos can be refilled few times before they stop producing vapor, some cartos only get 2 fills and they go dead. its an expensive carto($5) to only be filled twice and then in the garbage.
i use 70/30 pg/vg liquid ( almost clear in color) from 3 different vendors and i have not been able to use one more than 4 days ( roughly 20ml's of liquid).
i can run through 20ml's through my kr808 bottom coil cartos from elitevaporworks.com and they cost less than 2 bucks a piece.
they fit the threading on my echo but looks funky so i use them on another unit.
I am little bit bummed out about the carto longevity on the echo....but overall its a fine unit, i would buy it again.

Gonna be honest, the biggest issue that I have with the echo is vapor production. I get barely any and I've tried and tried with no avail. Tried letting it sit overnight, blew out the carto of extra juice and nothing. People can point me out and disagree with what I said all they want. Really doesn't matter but that's my experience with it.

It's either I got a dud or the echo really sucks.

i also am disappointed in the cartos. sometimes you get a good hit and then the next few times you dont.
I do like the battery, I am using LR 808 cartos on mine and they do the job.. Nice vape.
I think if they refine the echo cartos they could be good. I had one that vaped ok for awhile and then the next 2 didnt produce much at all no matter how much you fill or let them sit. Just my 2 cents.

Vapor production, for me, is identical to any of my V4L batts, although my PT beat all of them and its over 2 years old! That's a compliment to the Echo, BTW. Both the Echo and V4L batts produce much more vapor than either my Elegant Easy or my GLV2(that was surprising because I had a 50/50 blend in the GLV and 80/20 PG/VG in both Echo and V4L, at the time)

Yeah, I think I've gotten maybe one or two good hits from this thing and that's it. For about a week or so since I've tried. I haven't had anything that was satisfying from these cartos. Wanna find an adapter to use on these batteries. Which are good and last a while.

Mine is still working great and I just received another chrome 1300 kit in the mail, it was to good of a bargain to pass up.lol I'm set for a while now with three kits and about 30 cartos. I'm still really enjoying this auto battery it makes vaping more natural and enjoyable for me.

I'm glad yall have had kits that produced a lot of vapor. But unfortunately, I haven't experienced this with my kit.

I'm pretty sure you got a stinker. Any way can you get a replacement from your supplier? In addition to my chrome kit, I now have both a black & stainless steel kit and all work very well. I never had the problems you have described so I think that this might be the answer.

i now have the echo (auto) and the echo e (m-1100mah battery) and both to me are amazing im using the echo-e for dripping and the auto echo for work and out and about purposes.

But i do have to say im pretty sure running thick juice through these cartos is a no no ive already had 2 go bad one was with a darker coffee juice and the other was with a clear stripe gum flavored juice.

i also tried to run Fuccancer 555 juice through one and gave off no vapor then tryed dripping it and it was fine? ive been using the boil method of cleaning them i recommend boiling them then letting them dry for a day or 2 then do the process over again as some juice seems to not come out wiht this method especially thicker juices.

Over all with both of these PV's i am verry impressed with both battery life and the cartos but i do think i will be switching to different cartos as for i can not afford cartos at $5 a piece if they keep lasting as long as the other ones ive had.
