Just wondering the REAL benefits of the adapters. I was thinking about getting an adapter for my 510 so I could put a 901 battery or ANY battery that will last longer. I love the 510..and am wondering if the adapter would cause any decrease in vapor production. I love the vapor I get out of them and would hate to jeopardize that for just a little bit longer battery life. Any one with experience...could you please chime in?

Thanks
Chris

I do not think the adapter makes any difference. I first used an adapter when I went from an 801 to a 510 on my Jany Stick. I found that I like the hotter vapor and different flavor that the 510 produced versus the 801. I did not notice any appreciable change in battery life when I used the adapter.

Vapor production seems to be a function of 3 primary factors (in my order of importance)

1. Battery
2. juice (PG/VG ratio, etc...)
3. Atomizer

By far, the battery is they most important part of a quality vaping experience. The same exact atomizer can produce far different results depending on what is powering it(and also what is dripped into it)

Yep. Now comes your decision about the battery size/longevity trade-off. Bigger batteries last longer, but they're bigger and heavier. An 18650 will last all day and then some, but you'll be carrying around a big honkin' piece of metal to house it in (like I do). 14500's will last a very light vapor all day, but I can easily go through 3 of them.
