Ok, so I've spent a lil more money than i meant to this past month [25 days] on ecigs than i ever though I would. It's a really great hobby, but I needed something to keep me in check. So I made a quick budget in excel.

I've tried to explain what's going on, but if something is broken or makes no sense to anyone by me, lemme know and i'll straighten it out.

i use my abbreviated bank statement and it shows that i have spent twice as much on ecigs and other quit smoking stuff than i would have on my Camel Full Flavor Cigarettes


August 10 smoked 00 cigs, 40 less than my usual 40 cigs a day 3475 cigarettes not smoked in 98 days by using snus, Stonewall, Joye 510, Hello 016, Ken's BoxMod, MadVapes 2xAA Box mod, WetBox Vaporizer (ecig) and 19 bottles of ejuice partially used , $0.28 per cig X 3475 Cigs = $973.00 diverted from cigarettes to Vaporizer (ecig). OMG I have spent over $2025.59 in 92 days on this stuff but bare in mind that i have 3 months worth of supplies and my old cigarette cost was $330 a month

Budget??? What's that?? LOL My hubby keeps telling me we can't get anymore stuff...then we do some more vaping and about 2 days later he tells me OK get that thing you wanted the other day....then we get more eliquid then we get...and so it goes LOL

I think we may have to be done right now tho...just invested in two ego kits and I think 130$ will be it for a month or two now LOL

I give myself like $50 bucks to spend a month and get a PV when I got the extra money. Can't afford more then that b/c unlike most college kids I got to pay for my own tuition. Good job on the spread sheet!!!

Analogs cost me and the wife $600-$700 a month at $10 a pack. I'm in for about $500 so far after I buy my mod next week and a large supply of parts/juice. I figure I'm set for a few months no problem, and its all profit after another three weeks or so.

Yeah smokes are only $5/pack and i only smoked about 6 a day. So my budget was really tight compared to analogs. I broke down some of the budget stuff on the side to show me how much cigs cost me per day, how far i'm above or bellow my budget, and then break that down into how many days i'm ahead or behind my budget. I'm almost half a month into the red right now I'm not too worried, since it'll level out after the initial shopping spree. Right.....RIGHT....RIGHT?!?!?!

Maybe...that's if you stick with what u have and don't decide a bigger battery might be better...or what about that cool caramel juice...or chocolate/mint or....well there are just sooo many I HAVE to try...NOW LOL

Getting away from the analogs and feeling healthier is priceless so I haven't even stopped to figure out the $$ spent and/or saved from before. Honestly, I might be a little scared to know. LOL

Yeah the "kid in a candy store" is a dangerous feeling Part of what is helping my budget is not reading the classifieds any more I've gotta pace myself or i'll end up in the poor house!

My sig is rather conservative...considering I've switched to DIY and have gotten way better at maintaining atomizers than I was when I made it. So yah, you can save ALOT if you don't go on an ecig shopping spree every month.

I'm hoping i can get to DIY juice and hit that sweet spot too. Otherwise, I'm gonna keep my eye out for a 5 galon drum of juice

I have just started backing off on purchases even tho I am still ahead of the game.
I have to admit I have been purchasing at will, but to get off tobacco, it is worth it. After all, I would have kept buying cigs no matter what price.....

I"m feeling the same way and it's even worse for me since our only income right now is my freelance art work i do every day. Which I make sadly 15-20 bucks a night depending and well speaking i spend $10 bucks on 3 packs of cigs every day or so.. (i buy the cheapest there is lol $2.75 a pack is pretty good but the tar and 4,000+ chemicals isn't) I find that If i hit sales on the sites, cut my smoking/vaping down and mix liquids I can save my self money in the end. My only problem was that initial cost. I'm attempting to save money now to buy some extra addys lol. So budget here i come!

I keep track on a spreadsheet. So far in three weeks I have spent $146 on ecig supplies and juice. According to my little banner below, I would have spent $220 on analogs. So I'm ahead of the game at this point. Plus I still have at least 60 mL of juice, so probably good for awhile.

I figure I spent 300 a month on cigs....so my budget is 100 for ecig stuff and 200 into savings.

I found once I got settled in on what daily juices I liked and the right ecig set up for me.....my spending went way down.
think I only spent 40 on ecigs this month(well so far) but I dont really need anything
